BulkShare is a platform that facilitates neighborhood collaboration for bulk purchasing. We provide the tools for users to find neighbors, coordinate orders, and split costs. BulkShare is not a retailer or a logistics provider; we are the platform that enables peer-to-peer collaboration.
3. User Conduct
Users agree to use BulkShare for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. This includes:
- Providing accurate and truthful information in your profile and requests.
- Fulfilling commitments made to other users regarding payments or item pickups.
- Treating all community members with respect and dignity.
- Not using the platform for commercial resale of goods without authorization.
4. Payments and Splits
BulkShare provides tools for calculating splits. The actual transfer of funds is handled between users via their chosen payment methods (e.g., cash, local bank transfer, or integrated payment partners where available). BulkShare is not responsible for payment disputes between users.
5. Limitation of Liability
BulkShare is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for the quality of goods purchased from third-party retailers, nor are we liable for any disputes or incidents that occur between users during physical handovers.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
